Voldemort In Talks For Second Bond Villain?

The Mail Online says that Ralph Fiennes is in talks with MGM for a "dark complex" role in Sam Mendes upcoming "BOND 23". The site says that the actor is on the top of the list for the role.
If he takes the role, he'll be the villain alongside Javier Bardem's character, if he also chooses to take it. Bardem confirmed that he is in talks.
