John McClane To Turn Into Orange Stone?

According to Movieweb.com, Bruce Willis is in talks to voice The Thing in the new "Fantastic Four" reboot, "FF: Reborn". If Willis signs on to the role he will provide his voice and also appear in person briefly in the films opening credits. This would be pretty cool to see.
Fox are looking at various different directors to make this film happen. Rumors are saying that they have their eyes on "The A-Team" director, Joe Carnahan and "Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix" director, David Yates.
Willis is gonna be very fecking busy in the next few years, as he's working on "Die Hard: 24/7" for 2012, "Kane & Lynch: The Movie" for 2011, and he's possibly gonna be the main villain in "The Expenables II", which Stallone is aiming for a 2012 release. And Fox are aiming for a 2012 release date for the new "Fantastic Four" film. Busy guy!

The 7th Doctor To Join "The Hobbit"?

The 7th Doctor, Sylvester McCoy is indeed in talks to playing a character in the new upcoming "Lord Of The Rings" prequel, "The Hobbit". No one knows which character he is going for, though there was speculation away back a few years ago that he's planning to take on the role of Bilbo Baggins in the prequel, but he's too old for the role, as "The Hobbit" is set years before the "Lord Of The Rings". He was also set to play Bilbo in the "Lord Of The Rings" films, but lost to Ian Holm.

"Doctor Who: Series 6" To Be Split

That's right geeks. "Series 6" of the sci-fi series has been announced to be getting split down the middle for next year. This was confirmed by Moffat earlier today.
Part 1 of the series will premiere in Spring 2011 and part 2 will premiere in Autumn 2011, with the 2011 Special at Christmas.
Moffat explains, "The series split is hugely exciting because viewers will be treated to two premieres, two finales, and more event episodes. For kids it will never be more than a few months to the next Doctor Who! Easter! Autumn! Christmas!!"
There were plans for the new series this year to be split into two because of the World Cup, but it never happened. I wonder why they are spliting the series?
Filming for "Series 6" begins next week.

Hawkeye Joins Cruise For MI:4

Not only is Jeremy Renner playing Hawkeye in "The Avengers" but he's also joining the highly anticipated spy sequel, "Mission Impossible: IV". Renner officially signed on for the film at Paramount earlier this week.
Renner will star alongside Tom Cruise, Ving Rhames for the sequel. Other castings for roles in the film have been released as well. Anthony Mackie "The Hurt Locker, Kevin Zegers "Air Bud" and Christopher Egan "Letters To Juliet" are all in the running for a role or roles in the film.
I really have a funny feeling that Paramount are plannig to cast these young stars and more to carry on the franchise into a new generation of audience, once Cruise decides to leave, which probably won't be too long. For the fifth film (if one is made), Cruise will probably cameo in it, and leave it to a young crew to take over the reigns.

Is Brad Pitt Joining "Red Dead Redemption: The Movie"?

I'm not really a big fan of Pitt, but I would love to see him in another western. And the western being the upcoming planned film adaption of the critical acclaimed, "Red Dead Redemption". WOOOOHOOOO!
The plot of the film will be about renegade outlaw, John Marston going on the hunt for his old gang. The film will also take on a type of modern western style to it.
Now, at this moment in time, this is just a massive Hollywood rumor. Nothing has been confirmed yet. The only thing that is a deffo is the film adaption of the game. But wether Pitt is in it, we don't know yet.

Rogue & Sarah Marshall Locked For "SCRE4M"

It's just been confirmed that both Kristen Bell and Anna Paquin have officially signed on for cameo roles in the new "SCREAM" installment.
The new film has been rumored to be the most cameoed film ever. Now I pray to God that this is not all true. If the film has too many cameos, then the audience will be put off the film. And even if you do go and see it, then you'll be paying too much attention to the stars who pop up and not so much attention to the film itself.

DW: 2010 Xmas Special (On-Set Pics)

Above are two pics from the 2010 Christmas Special of "Doctor Who". There have been rumors circulating around the net, saying that there will be a "flying shark" in the special. So the pics above kinda prove that there is a shark in the episode. Even though the shark will be in full CGI as the green model shows.
Below is pics of our 11th Doctor, Matt Smith, wearing a his brand new tweed jacket. Looks quite cool, but I do prefer the first jacket. I think he should change his shirt like what Tennent's Doctor did.

No High School For Peter Parker In Reboot?

It's been said that Sony are planning to have Andrew Garfield's Peter Parker going straight into College in the upcoming 2012 reboot. Their original idea was to have Parker go through High School again, but since casting Garfield for the role and seeing as he's 27, it's gonna be quite hard getting him to play a 17/18 year old.
So there new idea is just have the character going straight into College instead. Much better, because at first I thought that they'll never pull off a 27 year old man playing a 17/18 year old boy. C'mon!

Dimension Confirms "Piranha 3D: Part 2"

That's right guys and gals, Dimension have announced that they are planning a sequel to their 3D gore fest, "Piranha 3D". I've saw the film, and it's soooo bloody gory, but amazing at the same time. Kelly Brook nude in 3D, with blood and gore. AWESOME! I'm gonna make up my YouTube review video soon, like in the next couple of days.
Me and, well, everyone, I don't think really knew that this film was gonna do amazing with both the box office and the fans, and even the critics, who can be really harsh sometimes with movies like this.
There has been no confirmation on who will star in the sequel or even if the director of the first film will return. I'll keep you guys updated on this........

No Avatar Sequels Until 2014?

"Avatar" director, James Cameron has announced that he is not planning to make the back-to-back "Avatar 2 & 3" films until 2014. That really sucks! Cameron says that the first sequel won't come out until 2014.
He's right at this moment, in the middle of finalising the contract with Fox on the sequels. He is also writting a "Avatar" novel, which he explained, would take up a couple of years. Then after that, he'll move onto the big-screen sequels.

First Class Details!

So in the past few days, Bryan Singer and Fox have commented on what Matthew Vaughn plans to do with his new X-Men film. The news is that it's to be set in a very JFK 60's atmosphere. We will also see Malcolm X and Martin Luthor King appear in the film.
Even though it's set in the 60's, the film will feature a style of today atmosphere, i.e. the technology.
Seeing as the film is to be set in the 60's, I can now see why James McAvoy is playing Charles Xavier for the full film and not for an origins part of it. Xavier will also not be bald for most of the film and he will also, for most of the film, be walking, as we will see how he gets crippled and what does it to him.
Also as it's the 60's, it's been said that Cyclops will not appear in the film, as he has not been born yet. Kevin Bacon's villain has now been majorly rumored to be Sebastian Shaw. Awesome!

"Fantastic Four: Reborn" Possible Casting Details

It seems as though this upcoming reboot is actually finally coming together, and so quickly. First, we have confirmation on the writers. Second, we have a proposed title. Third, we have confirmation on when Fox plans to begin filming. Fourth, we have confirmation on The Thing being 100% CGI and now we have possible casting for Mr. Fantastic and The Invisible Woman. For the role of Mr. Fantastic, the studio are looking at both Adrien Brody and Jonathon Rhys-Meyers. I can actually see Brody playing the role, but I really can't see Rhys-Meyers playing him. He looks too young for the role. And for the role of Sue Storm (The Invisible Woman), the studio are looking at both sexy Brit, Alice Eve and Amber Heard for the role. Out of the two of them, I'd probably go for Alice Eve more. She seems more like a mature woman than Amber Heard, who just looks like a little girl.

A Bloody Epic Ending To Spartacus!

"Kill Them All" saw the House Of Batiatus fall in blood. This final episode was absolutely amazing. It was the most bloody graphic episode out of the whole series. If you've saw it, then you'll know what I'm talking about.
When Spartacus found out that Batiatus had given the word for his wife to be killed, Spartacus then made plans to kill everyone to get break free finally happened, including Batiatus. So him and the rest of the Gladiators finally rebelled against Batiatus and broke free. They killed everyone. From the guests of Batiatus, to his soldiers, from Lucretia, to Batiatus. Even Varro's wife, Aurelia got her revenge and killed Numerius. EPIC! Such a bloody ending. The only person that really survived was Ilithyia, played by the very sexy, Viva Bianca, who will become the Queen Bitch in "Series 2". Excellent. Ilithyia is said to become the female Batiacus of the next series. Interesting.....
When Lucretia and Batiatus were killed, in a way it was sad to see them go. They were both amazing characters to watch every week. I'm really looking forward to the prequel series, which will feature them rising. Batiatus was a dick, but he was fun to watch.
The episode ended with Spartacus breaking free with the slaves and the, well, surviving Gladiators, including Doctore and Crixus. This will now lead onto "Series 2".
Altogether, I'd give the whole series 10 out of 10. I can't wait for the prequel, "Gods Of The Arena" to start in the new year on Bravo. I also can't wait for the DVD boxset of the first series to come out next year. And, obviously, I can't wait for "Series 2" of "Blood And Sand" to air on TV in 2011, with the triumphant return of Andy Whitfield as Spartacus. Back and cleared of cancer. Whitfield is said to be making a small cameo in the prequel. Could be interesting.

Dexter Is Back In The UK!

Tonight on SKY channel, FX, our beloved Miami PD Blood Splatter guy is back on the air for his new 12 week run. Yes, Dexter Morgan Is Back!
I've saw the first episode of the fourth series on the net. I saw it a few months back, before it was on in America. It's amazing.
In this new series, Dexter will deal with being a new father, dealing with a new killer, known as the Trinity Killer and dealing with the return of Agent Lundy. WOOOOHOOOOOO! The only thing is that the series ends with a fucking shocking ending. Stupidly I found out about it months back. And I was soooo pissed off at myself. The new series is gonna be a KILLER!

"Dexter: Series 4" will start tonight on FX at 10PM.

Sherlock Rules Out On Playing The Doctor!

"Sherlock" star, Benedict Cumberbatch has ruled out on playing The Doctor in the future. He also announced that he was never asked about playing the role after Tennent left for the 11th Doctor, who is played by Matt Smith.
Weeks ago, the newspapers reported that Cumberbatch was meant to take the role of the 11th, but lost to Smith. He's saying that he never got the chance. He also says that he doesn't wanna play the role of The Doctor in the future. This is what he said, "I think it's a fantastic show, but the celebrity side of being the Doctor would worry me. The idea of turning up at school prizegiving days as the Doctor wouldn't appeal."
I would love to see Ben play like The 12th Doctor, because I think he is amazing in "Sherlock" and that he's a fantastic actor. But I guess he would probably act a lot like Sherlock when playing The Doctor, just the same as Sherlock is a lot like The Doctor, well seeing as both shows are written by Steven Moffat.
Rumors were spreading that Smith is said to be leaving after the revival show "Series 6", but Smith and Karen Gillan, who plays The Doctor's companion, Amy Pond on the show, announced that he has no plans for leaving and that the BBC are thrilled to have him.

Mary Jane Ain't Gonna Be In The Spider-Man Reboot?

Rumors have risen that the film's love interest would not be Mary Jane Watson, instead it would possibly be Gwen Stacey, who appeared in "Spider-Man 3", played by Bryce Dallas Howard. There have been a list of female actresses released, that the studio are looking at for the role of Stacey.
The studio are looking at the following actresses:
Emma Frost (Hotel For Dogs)
Lily Collins (The Blind Side)
Imogen Poots (28 Weeks Later)
Teresa Palmer (The Sorcerer's Apprentice)
Ophelia Lovibond (Nowhere Boy)
Mary Elizabeth Winstead (Die Hard 4.0)
Now this is not saying that MJ will not appear, it's just that in the script, she ain't the girlfriend. This could work. Having a different love interest for Parker.

John McClane To Be The Bad Guy?

Action Hero, Bruce Willis is said to take on the role of the main villain in "The Expendables" sequel. This news was said by Sly Stallone, while in an interview with the E! Entertainment guy, Ryan Seacrest. This is what Sly said on the idea, "If you're on a winner you just stay with it. It would be great to get the guys back, and maybe get some of the other guys who weren't in it - like Van Damme and whatever - to be in it, and then bring in some young bloods, and have Bruce Willis as the villain. I said 'Bruce, chasing you for two hours? that would be great! I can get behind that."
That would be a pretty cool idea. Even though I havent saw the first film, I'd still pay to see that in the sequel. "

It's January In "X-Men: First Class"

That's right folks. "American Pie: The Wedding" babe, Miss January Jones has officially joined the cast of "X-Men: First Class". She will be taking on the role of Emma Frost, the role that was meant to go to Sexy Brit, Alice Eve.
And three more cast members have joined. Zoe Kravitz will play Angel Salvadore, Bill Bilner will play the young boy version of Magneto and "2012" star, Morgan Lilly will play the child version of the sexy Mystique.

"Torchwood: Series 4" Subtitle And Details!

"Series 4" of the sci-fi "Doctor Who" spin-off is finally coming together with a brand new subtitle and new character details. The new series is gonna be known as, "Torchwood: The New World". The new name kind of makes sense with the move to different countries.
There has been news released on three new characters. The are as followed:
Rex Matheson (CIA Agent)
Esther Katusi (CIA Agent)
Oswald Jones (Convicted murderer and paedophile)
No news has been released on who has been cast for the roles, if anyone has been or not.
Various websites and magazines have discribed the new series as an American reboot to the UK version, even though three of the original cast members are returning to their roles, John Barrowman, Eve Myles and Kai Owen. Creator and exec-producer, Russell T. Davies has announced, "It's very much the next step. It's not a new version, it's not a reboot. We're simply moving countries." But the show's second exec-producer has came out and said that the new series is being, "absolutely rebooted to welcome in a new audience".

Oliver Platt Joins "X-Men: First Class"

Actor, Oliver Platt from "2012" has officially joined the cast of Matthew Vaughn's "X-Men: First Class". He has been cast as the film's "Man In Black", who is not a mutant at all.
Filming begins near the end of this month in London.

Spartacus: Gods Of The Arena-Comic-Con Panel Video!

Above is the logo for the new six-part prequel to the "Spartacus" series, "Blood And Sand". As you can see, the prequel series is called, "Gods Of The Arena". Awesome title.
There's no point me telling you much about the prequel series or even "Series 2" of "Blood And Sand". At Comic-Con, the cast and crew had their own panel and were discussing the future of "Spartacus".
Here's the link to the panel video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=axNIHWVAqw4 and also, here's the link to "Gods Of The Arena" teaser: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KB_H3HyosCA

"The Avengers" Filming Date

Joss Whedon has just recently announced that "The Avengers" will begin filming in Feb 2011. And that's basically all I have on that.

Primeval's Jason Fleming To Join X-Men: First Class!

Jason Fleming from "Clash Of The Titans" and "Primeval: Series 3" is set to take on the role of Azazel, the father of "X-Men 2" character, Nightcrawler.
The character is also a "shapeshifter" like his son. I wonder if Nightcrawler will make a brief appearance in the film?

The "JACKASS 3D" Trailer Has Finally Hit The Net!

Here's the link to one of the coolest and wackiest 3D films of this year: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WQiaa5abGs4

The Avengers Logo From Teaser Trailer!

How fricken awesome is this logo. It's soooooo sexy looking. Let's hope the movies makers keep this as the official logo for the movie for the next two years, instead of changing it everytime something new pops up about it. And let's hope it's the same logo as in the movie itself, as the "Iron Man" logo on the posters is different than the titles logo in the movie. So Exciting!!!!!

I FUCKING KNEW IT!

Just under a couple of weeks back, the producers and writers of the "SAW" franchise insured us that the seventh installment was to finally be the last in the series. I said that I bet their will be another one. So now it looks like the writers of "SAW 3D" have came up with an amazing story for a proposed "SAW VIII".
"SAW" actress, Betsy Russell told Shocktillyoudrop.com that the writers have came up with the idea for a next one, if it gets made. She said that she loves the idea and would love to see it on the big screen. She also added that someday, somehow........."SAW VIII" will happen. Never say never........................

And The Title To "Batman: Arkham Asylum 2" Is........

I really like the title for the sequel to "Arkham Asylum". It goes with the plot of the game, seeing as the criminals from Arkham have broke out and are now roming the streets of Gotham. So now it's their city.
At first, I thought this was the title to the new Batman movie. The way I got the news in made it look like it was for the next film. It basically said, "Here's the title for the new Batman....." and when you click into it, it says "......GAME!". And I was like, "SHIT".

Kelly Brook Nude In "Piranha 3D"

Sexy Brit, Kelly Brook is nude in "Piranha 3D". I've saw the video and it's fricken awesome. It'a another to go and see the film. Kelly Brooks breasts on the big screen.
I would love to put it up on my blog for all the guys to see, but the clip still includes graphic violence. So it's a no-no. Can't fucking wait for the film to come out.

Kick-Ass Aint Cyclops!

It's been confirmed by "Kick-Ass" producer, that Arron Johnson is not taking on the role of the younger Cyclops in Matthew Vaughns "X-Men: First Class". It was all just a rumor.
That really sucks actually. I wonder who'll be Cyclops then? Only time will tell. Vaughn begins filming this month, so he'll have to cast him soon.

On That Day, The Avengers Were Born!

Okay, the first teaser trailer has no footage of our heroes. All it is, is Samuel "Motherfucking" Jackson saying this awesome quote, which I assume will be in the movie. The films logo is also forming while he's saying the quote. Here's the link for the trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JHcqbUN7RRg

Hitman's Next Target Is Dunder Mifflin!

Timothy Olyphant is set to take on the role of a villainess type boss in the new series of "The Office". He will appear in a total of 2 episodes. Not much, but it's still cool to see him in a comedy atmosphere. He could be in more, but that's all that's revealed right now.

Gibson Actually Considering Returning For "Lethal Weapon 5"?

It's been rumored that actor, Mel Gibson is finally considering stepping back into the role of Martin Riggs for a new fifth outing in the "Lethal Weapon" franchise. Gibson thinks that this could reboot his film career after he has lost is fans and the general public hate him after his little angry phone call to the mother of his child, Oksana Grigorieva.
He probably thinks that if he does this, he will win back his fans. I don't really care about the guys appearence in the public eye, all I really care about is him doing a fifth "Lethal Weapon".
Supposedly, he's been meeting up with Joel Silver, producer of the "Lethal Weapon" franchise. Now why would you be meeting up with the producer, if you weren't discussing a new sequel.
Gibson is only 54, he can still do a fifth film. Ok, Glover is 63, but he can still do it as well. Look at Sly. He's 64 and he's still kicking ass on-screen and so is Harrison Ford. He's coming back for "Indy 5" soon. Obviously, all we can do is take this as a rumor. But I'll keep everyone updated on this news as it comes in.
