Felicity Jones Has Officially Joined The 2014 Spidey Sequel!

Felicity Jones has joined the cast of the 2014 "Amazing Spider-Man" sequel. She has not yet revealed who she is playing, but it's speculated that she's playing either Black Cat or Betty Brant. The rumour is strongly going for the role of Black Cat though.
I personally think she'd be great for Betty Brant, but she's too big an actress to have small we cameos in the "Amazing Spider-Man" films. Maybe if she started off as a nobody like original Betty Brant, Elizabeth Banks, then yeah, but right now, no.
