Posters & Trailer For "21 Jump Street"

I've never seen the original show, "21 Jump Street", I just know about the upcoming BIG-screen adaption of it. I think the new film looks very funny. I didn't like it at first, but then I watched the trailer again and I loved it.
Original show is a drama, where as the new film looks more like slapstick humor with some action in it, kind of like the 2004 "Starsky & Hutch" film with Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson. That was a comedy take on the old 70's show.

"G.I. JOE 2" Trailers!

The new "G.I. JOE" film looks good, but not great. It kind of looks like a Dwayne Johnson film with some other people in it to keep it sane. It looks like Channing Tatum's character from the first film, Duke, may die in this one, but I'm not sure.

Johnson will also star in it. He's playing the role of Roadblock, as previously announced on this blog.

Snake Eyes, Duke & Storm Shadow ONLY Returning!

Director Jon Chu has announced that Snake Eyes (Ray Park), Duke (Channing Tatum) and Storm Shadow (Lee Byung-Hun) are the only characters from the first film, "G.I. JOE: Rise Of Cobra", to return for the sequel, "G.I. JOE: Revenge Of Cobra" (new working title).
Rachel Nichols, who played Scarlett in the first film, revealed the last week that she'd love to return, but then said that she thinks the studio don't want her character to return. That really sucks. Paramount might as well just reboot "G.I. JOE" and start again if they're gonna do that. And I really don't get the film's title. How can it be the revenge of Cobra, if only one member is returning?

"G.I. JOE: Revenge Of Cobra" will be released on August 10th, 2012.

"Justin Bieber: Never Say Never" Director To Direct "G.I.JOE 2"

Paramount officially announced that Jon Chu, who directed "Justin Bieber: Never Say Never" will direct "G.I.JOE 2", which has a Summer 2012 release.
Some of the films main roles will be recast as some of the actors don't wish to return, like Sienna Miller, Joseph Gordon-Levitt are just two of the actors not returning for the action-packed sequel. Channing Tatum and Lee Byung-Hun are the only two that have confirmed to be returning.
It's been rumored that the sequel may end up becoming a reboot to "Rise Of Cobra" seeing as most of the cast aint returning. Fair enough!
