So the final poster and trailer for this years "IRON MAN 3" is here and the poster is fucking EPIC looking!!! There trailer is amazing looking. We get a lot of brand new footage and we get to see the Iron Legion and the Hulkbuster suit and holy shit, the scene where the Iron Legion appeared is just breath taking looking. Tony Stark will get stripped to absolutely nothing in this sequel. It looks like the direction of this film is darker and much more serious, kind of like the way Christopher Nolan's "Dark Knight" trilogy went.

"IRON MAN 3" Trailer Is Here!

Finally the first teaser trailer for the first film in the MCU: Phase 2, "IRON MAN 3" has been released. The trailer is fantastic looking and shows us that anything can happen to any of the characters and their surroundings. There's shockers and plenty and plenty of action.
We see that Starks new suit could either have a mind of its own or is controlled by his. We get a quick glimpse of Ben Kingsley as The Mandarin and it looks like he ain't gonna take now prisoners too. He means war and he wants Starks head on a plate.

Official Synopsis For Marvel's "IRON MAN 3"

It's been over a week, well actually nearly two weeks since I last posted. Been really busy with work and college and I've missed a lot of TV and film news and would love to post about it, but it's pointless now so let's just start from the past few days rather than do a whole weeks worth because you all probably know about it already.
Here we go then, so seeing as the marketing for "Iron Man 3" has now began, Marvel have officially released the synopsis for the second sequel in the "Iron Man" franchise and "Phase 2" of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
Here is the official synopsis,

“Marvel Studios’ Iron Man 3 pits brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/Iron Man against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy’s hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This journey, at every turn, will test his mettle. With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices, relying on his ingenuity and instincts to protect those closest to him. As he fights his way back, Stark discovers the answer to the question that has secretly haunted him: does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man?”

Comic-Con: "Iron Man 3" Panel Videos & New Suit Revealed!

At Comic-Con, over at the Marvel panel, the cast and director of Marvel's next BIG-screen adventure "Iron Man 3" were attending some Q&A. Over there it was revealed that Sir Ben Kingsley will indeed be playing The Mandarin in the upcoming 2013 sequel. Marvel also revealed what Iron Man's next suit should be and what it should look like. The new suit is loosely based on the "Mark VIII" suit from the comics. I think the new suit is cool looking. I guess I'll get used to the different colors, but that's cool with me. Just take a look for yourselves.

"Iron Man 3" Casting News!

Here's a round up of all the casting news for the latest and well supposedly greatest (says Robert Downey Jr) "Iron Man" film,
1. Guy Pearce has signed on to play Aldrich Killian, who is a scientist who is one of the creators of the Extremis virus (this is what this film is about, the "Extremis" story from the comic books).
2. Scarlett Johannson has been confirmed to not be returning as Black Widow in the highly anticipated sequel, but I'm sure she'll pop up somewhere else in another Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) film.
3. Still no news on who Sir Ben Kingsley is playing in the film, but he's still rumored to be playing The Mandarin. Though it's rumored now that The Mandarin will not be a man, but the name of a terrorist group. That's very interesting.
4. Seeing as part of "Iron Man 3" is being filmed in Japan, "Internal Affairs" actor Andy Lau is reportedly in final negotiations with Marvel to play a part in the film. He's playing one of Tony Stark's old friend, who helps him try and defeat The Mandarin terrorist group.

Iron Man To Take On The King?

A number of reports are suggesting that Brit legend, Sir Ben Kingsley has been in talks with Marvel to play a potenial villain in their upcoming "Iron Man" sequel, now being helmed by Shane Black. Rumors are saying that he's playing The Mandarin, which was the original villain for this third film when Jon Faverau was still in charge. Other rumors are saying that he's playing Mallen, who is a character involved in the "Extremis" story-arc involving nano-technology.

But like everything else, nothing has been confirmed by either Kingsley or Marvel and all fans can do is take this all as rumors, but they are awesome rumors though!
