Josh Brolin Has Been Cast As The Voice Of Thanos In The MCU!

"Men In Black 3" actor and one of my favourite male actors, Josh Brolin, has surprisingly been cast to provide the evil overpowering voice of galactic villain, Thanos in the MCU. He'll be making his first full length appearance in this years "Guardians Of The Galaxy" and then he'll move on to become the official front row villain in "The Avengers 3" sometime in 2017/18 in Marvel's Phase Three.
Thanos was first seen at the end of 2012's "Avengers Assemble", played by Damion Poitier. He was real and made up with prosthetic make-up, but it's been rumoured that Brolin's full incarnation of the character will be CGI with only Brolin's voice being used to bring the rest of the villain to life.
Personally I can't fricken wait to hear his voice as Thanos. Can't wait to see Thanos himself come to full life on the big screen in full form. Brolin will rock that role with his awesome voice.

"Guardians Of The Galaxy" First Trailer Is Fucking Awesome!!!

First of all, Chris Pratt is mega funny in this trailer and I know die hard fans of "Guardians Of The Galaxy" will probably hate this casting and the way he'll play Star Lord but I personally think it's brilliant, it's brilliant and the film WILL be brilliant.
Anyway, this first teaser trailer is amazing. The film just looks like one big sci-fi comic book adventure. It's like "Star Wars" meets "The Avengers" and BOOOOOM, we've got the "Guardians Of The Galaxy". Not much is given away about the plot but you kind of get the just that it's good versus evil and all that but in space. We have the dumb hero wannabe, Chris Pratt, who seems doppy and nothing in the beginning but later has to rise up to be a hero in the end to save the world and well the galaxy from the bad guys, Ronan, The Collector and Nebula. Then we have the walking, talking tree, Groot, who is Rocket's "house plant" and companion. And then it's Drax The Destroyer who looks fucking badass and I think Dave Bautista was perfect for the role. Finally there's the very sexy and amazing "Star Trek Into Darkness" beauty Zoe Saldana as the ass kicking green alien Gamora.
Anyway, just check out the trailer and see what you think guys and gals: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b3isCLVghoI

"Hangover" Star Cast As Raccoon In "Guardians Of The Galaxy"

Ok, so I'm a wee bit behind on the recent movie and tv news because I've been super busy with things but now hopefully I'll be back to posting daily news again.
So, "Hangover" bad boy Bradley Cooper has been cast to provide the voice of "Guardians Of The Galaxy" animal hero, Rocket Raccoon. I think it's going to be weird hearing his voice coming out of a CGI raccoon, while fighting bad guys and aliens. It'll be fun to see though. I've always seen Cooper as the funny man in a film. I haven't yet seen any of his dramatic roles but will check them out soon enough.

Young Uhura Joining "Guardians Of The Galaxy" As Gamora?

Chris Pratt has officially been cast as Starlord and WWE wrestler Dave Buatista has been cast as Drax The Destroyer. Now it seems as though rumors on the casting of Gamora are saying that "Star Trek" star Zoe Saldana is in talks to play the comic book character in the James Gunn adaption.
If Saldana joins this franchise, then that's her got a finger in the "Star Trek" franchise and the "Avatar" franchise and now this one too. She's like JJ Abrams when it comes to having a finger in quite a few big budget franchises.

Chris Pratt Is The First Actor To Join "Guardians Of The Galaxy"

"Zero Dark Thirty" star Chris Pratt is the first actor to join the 2014 big screen adaption of fan favorite "Guardians Of The Galaxy". He has signed on to play the lead role of hero Star-Lord.
I don't really know much about this actor because I haven't seen many of the films he's been in so I can't judge him as to wither he's right for the role or not.

James Gunn Is Marvel's Top Choice For The Guardians?

It's been reported that "Dawn Of The Dead: 2004 Remake" writer James Gunn is on the top of Marvel's list for directing their 2014 live-action "Guardians Of The Universe" film. Gunn previously directed vigilante heo film "SUPER", starring "Office" star Rainn Wilson.
Is Gunn ready for a BIG superhero project like this? While this report was released online, The Hollywood Reporter also revealed which Guardians will be appearing in the 2014 film. Here's what they revealed,

"The movie's lineup will include Drax the Destroyer, a human resurrected as a green warrior with the sole purpose of killing Thanos (the villain in the Avengers final-scene tease); Groot, a giant tree-man; Star-Lord, a gun-toting half-human/half-alien intergalactic vigilante; Rocket Raccoon, a genetically engineered animal with a knack for guns and explosives; and Gamora, the last survivor of her species who was saved by Thanos to be his assassin but now battles him."

"Guardians Of The Universe" Synopsis Revealed?

Sites have released what seems to be a possible leaked short plot synopsis for Marvel's 2014 "Guardians Of The Universe" live-action film. Here it is,

“A U.S. pilot who ends up in space in the middle of a universal conflict and goes on the run with futuristic ex-cons who have something everyone wants.”

No one know quite what to make of it, seeing as there's been no confirmation on this info yet. It sounds pretty much like the comics, but who knows. I'm sure if this was the real deal, then either Marvel or Disney will speak out and confirm it for themselves.
