The "Fantastic Four" Reboot Cast Confirmed And Then Fired Along With Crew?

Hey guys and gals, it's been a while but I'm back. I know I do this a lot......come and go but this time I'm going to make this work.
So, finally the cast of the 2015 "Fantastic Four" reboot have been confirmed and revealed. Michael B Jordan will play a black Johnny Storm aka The Human Torch. Personally I think Jordan cast as Torch is awesome because the guy is a great actor. I loved him in "Chronicle" and I don't care wither he's black or white to be honest because it's all about the actor being able to act, not the race of them. Anyway, back to the cast. We then have Miles Teller as Reed Richards aka Mr Fantastic, Kate Mara as Sue Storm aka The Invisible Woman and finally Jamie Bell as Ben Grimm aka The Thing.
So Sue Storm is white and Johnny Storm is black so either they will be adopted brother and sister or step brother and sister or just their parents have been sleeping about, etc. I guess all will be revealed when the film is released. Miles Teller as Mr Fantastic.......couldn't get any better because he looks a lot like the young Reed Richards in the "Ultimate Fantastic Four" comics, so he'll suit the role. Brit, Jamie Bell on the other hand is very interesting because Ben Grimm has always been a big baldy guy but hey-ho.....Bell's a good actor so fuck it!!!
All in, the cast are pretty solid in my opinion. Now here's the interesting rumour that's appeared online.......20th Century Fox have reportedly sacked the cast, the director and the writer just about 5 months away from filming. Obviously nothing has been confirmed but it's rumoured that Fox aren't very happy with the way things are going with the direction of this highly anticipated 2015 comic book reboot.
And now onto the casting of Victor Von Doom aka Doctor Doom, well if this is going to keep going with the present casting choices and young actors.

Actors Sam Riley, Eddie Redmayne, Toby Kebbell and Domhnall Gleeson have all been rumoured to be in the running for the role of Doom in Trank's 2015 reboot. In my opinion, I don't think any of the above are good choices to be honest. Doctor Victor Von Doom is a hard role to cast because you want one sinister little fucker to be cast in the role and I just don't think any of the above can fill those shoes. Personally I would cast maybe someone a tad bit older like for example Zachary Quinto? Actually, Stephen Amell who plays the Green Arrow would be amazing even though he's a good guy usually.

"Project X" Star In Talks For Role In "Fantastic Four" Reboot!

Miles Teller, star of "21 & Over" and "Project X" has confirmed in an interview with Fandango that he is in fact in talks with 20th Century Fox over a role in Josh Trank's 2015 "Fantastic Four" reboot. The role he's in talks to playing...........Reed Richards aka Mr Fantastic.
When you look at him, he does look like a younger version of Mr Fantastic in the comics and seeing as this upcoming reboot is based around the "Ultimate Fantastic Four" comic book series, then yes, he's looking good enough for the role of younger 20 something year old Reed Richards.
Other actors such as Kit Harington and Jack O'Connell are rumoured to be up for the role of Reed Richards also. I would rather see Teller in the role rather than Harington and especially not O'Connell from "SKINS". I totally hate Jack O'Connell. He's like Danny Dyer........can only act like a hard man and that's it.......shite!!!

"Chronicle" Star Cast As New Human Torch?

Michael B Jordan, star of Josh Trank's "Chronicle" has reportedly been cast as the new 2015 rebooted version of the Human Torch in Trank's "Fantastic Four: Reborn" reboot. Jordan has been rumoured for ages and now it seems as though he's been cast, well according to plenty of online and close sources to 20th Century Fox, he's been cast.
In my opinion, Michael B Jordan is a great actor. I loved him in "Chronicle" but I don't know if I can see him playing the Johnny Storm aka Human Torch. It's fine that he's black but it's the fact that names such as Saoirse Ronan, Margot Robbie and Kate Mara have all reportedly read for the role of Sue Storm aka The Invisible Woman. The problem there is that they are all white women. So how is this going to work in the movie? Sue and Johnny are step brother and sister? One of them are adopted? It's a bit annoying because then they'd have to set that all up rather than just do a normal big screen reboot. Hopefully Fox and Trank will make the right decision when it comes to making the film. This version of the much loved superhero family has to work this time around.

"Chronicle" Star Up For "Fantastic Four" Role?

"Chronicle" star Michael B Jordan is rumoured to be up for the role of Johnny Storm in Josh Trank's 2015 "Fantastic Four" reboot. Personally I think this would be a very interesting casting seeing as a white girl is being cast as Johnny's sister, Sue. How could this be done? They could be half brother and sister or even adopted? Either way, Jordan was great in "Chronicle", so this could work.

Actress For Role Of Sue Storm Been Found?

It's been reported that casting is now under way over at Fox for their upcoming 2015 reboot of the superhero family, "Fantastic Four". First role that looks like it's going to be cast is the role of Mr Fantastic's wife, Sue Storm aka The Invisible Woman. Fox are reportedly looking at "Girls" actress Allison Williams to play the lead female role.
I personally can't say much on Williams as I don't watch that show "Girls", but she does look good and I've read and heard good things about her in that show. The good thing is that she looks and sounds as though she can act, which is better than last Sue Storm, played by Jessica Alba. She was just cast because she was hot, but she really can't act for shit. Allison Williams has the best of both worlds......she's hot and she can act!!!

"Fantastic Four: Reborn" Gets Official Release Date!

Fox have officially announced that their planned "Fantastic Four" reboot will be released on March 6th 2015. The planned reboot, which is being titled "Fantastic Four: Reborn" will be directed by "Chronicle" director Josh Trank.
There is yet a script or any actors for the film, but I'm sure now that there's a release date, all that info will soon follow.

Writer Jeremy Slater is the man of the hour who will try and revive the much loved Marvel Comics family back onto the BIG-screen. Fox announced that he had signed on yesterday as the writer for their upcoming "Fantastic Four" reboot, which is still under the working title of "Fantastic Four: Reborn".

Josh Trank Finally Directing "Fantastic Four: Reborn"

Deadline has confirmed that "Chronicle" director Josh Trank has officially signed on to direct Fox's upcoming "Fantastic Four" reboot, "Fantastic Four: Reborn". It's been said that Marvel and Fox are planning to move forward with this project as soon as.

"Chronicle" Director Still Up For Rebooting The "Fantastic Four" Franchise?

While giving fans updates on "The Wolverine", 20th Century Fox president Tom Rothman confirmed that "Chronicle" director Josh Trank is still up for directing Marvel's planned reboot of the "Fantastic Four". 
This is what he said on the topic, "I'm hopeful. I think Josh is going to come on to Fantastic Four and develop that."

"Chronicle" Director Now Up For Directing "First Class" Sequel?

God, this Josh Trank guy is getting some good offers from big studios to direct their upcoming superhero films. First he's rumored to be given the offer to direct Fox's "Fantastic Four" reboot and now he's been supposedly the directors job of the planned "X-Men: First Class" sequel.
Trank has said in many interviews that the offers are true and are not rumors but who knows what he's on about. All he's saying is that nothings been signed even if there were offers.

Who I Would Love To See Play The New Fantastic Four (Second Choice)

About a year ago I posted up my choices of who I think should be the new "Fantastic Four". I had "GLEE" star, Matthew Morrison as Mr Fantastic, "Heroes" sar, Hayden Panettiere as The Invisible Woman, another "GLEE" star, Corey Monteith as The Human Torch, "The Wire" star, Domenick Lombardozzi as The Thing and "The Hangover" star, Bradley Cooper as Doctor Victor Von Doom.
Now I have my new team of actors who I think should play them. Here they are,

Zachary Quinto would be amazing as ReecRichards aka Mr Fantastic. He can can pull off the geeky look and also a very cool look, so he'd be perfect. I can just imagine this photo above with some grey lines in the side of his head, through his hair.

Elizabeth Banks is so hot and would be great for the role of Sue Storm aka The Invisible Woman. She might not be as hot as Jessica Alba for some people, but I like her and she can act her ass off.

Tom "BANE" Hardy as the one and only Ben Grimm aka The Thing. I know he's well younger than Michael Chiklis, but he's so muscular, if you've seen "Bronson" and his portrayal as the new Bane in this years Batman film sure shows us that to. Shave his head and he's done.

Liam Hemsworth, brother of Chris "THOR" Hemsworth, as Johnny Storm aka The Human Torch. I just think this guy would fit the role. He needs to be in a superhero film. He tried out for "THOR", but lost out to his older brother, so now he could really play a hero for this film.

I never changed my choice for the role of Dr Doom. I chose Bradley Cooper to play Doom in the fan-cast I done for "The Fantastic Four" last year and I still think he'd be EPIC for the role. He's cocky and smooth and just fits into this role brilliantly. When I began this redo of my fan-cast, I was going to pick him for the role of Mr Fantastic, but he couldn't pull of being a geek.

"Chronicle" Director Set For "Fantastic Four: Reborn" Film?

There are rumors that "Chronicle" director, Josh Trank is the front-runner for the "Fantastic Four: Reborn" directing job. It's been said that Fox are waiting to see how his new superpowers film, "Chronicle" does before making him the "FF" reboots official director.
I just watched the trailer for his new film the other day and I have to say that it looks amazing. It's like a cam-corder film, with found footage of these groups of teens who get superpowers and I think one turns evil, but I'm not sure until I see the it when it comes out in early February.

Marvel Studios Plan Two New Films For Summer 2014!

Other than the announcement for the release date for "The Amazing Spider-Man 2", coming on May 2nd 2014, Marvel Studios and Disney just announced that they have two more unknown films coming out in Summer 2014. No word on if it's part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) though.
The first one will be out just two weeks after Spidey's sequel, May 16th 2014 and the second film will be out in June 27th 2014. This means that both Marvel Studios will have 3 superhero films out within a space of two months......WOW, that's gonna be a lot of money. Both studios will be racking it in by the end of the Summer.
Obviously the BIG question is, "Which superheroes are getting a film out in May and June". So say it could be post-Avengers related, to possibly lead up to "The Avengers 2". Others say it could be either "Ant-Man", which director Edgar Wright is currently working on, "Doctor Strange" or even the long-awaited "Luke Cage" film.
I say it might be either the "Daredevil" reboot or the "Fantastic Four" reboot. But hopefully it'll be the "X-Men: First Class" sequel. We'll just have to wait and see, because I'm sure either Disney or Marvel will announce them soon enough.

Is Marvel Resurrecting Johnny Storm Or Just Making New "Fantastic Four" Comics?

This teaser poster was revealed online earlier today. It shows us the well known logo for the Fantastic Four. The only thing is that they aint the Fantastic Four anymore, they're now the Future Foundation (FF still), with Spider-Man as the fourth member. They got the new name after the death of fellow "4" member, Johnny Storm aka the Human Torch a few months back in the comics.
So could Marvel be thinking of resurrecting Storm and reuniting him with his family. This means that Spidey could be getting told to "fuck off back to web-swinging between buildings in his own wee world!" or could they all just become a team of 5........."Fantastic Five" anyone? We don't just get 4 anymore, we get the power of 5. What an orgy of superhero buisness!
Maybe Marvel are planning to keep the "Future Foundation" as they are and reboot the "4" and make a brand-new seperate comic book series. Spidey has loads of different comic book stories. So does Superman and Batman. Just do it with the "4" too. It could work.
The new "4" comic book comes out in comic stores sometime in November 2011.

Fan-Art For Upcoming Superhero Films!

I came across this fan-art, while browsing on DiviantArt. I love the fan-made posters above. The most realistic one is the rebooted "Fantastic Four" poster. But the best designed one is "Superman Lives", which of course ain't happening. It's a fan-made poster for the abandoned Kevin Smith script from the late 90's.
And obviously Henry Cavill won't be playing The Flash, as he's now the new Superman. Bradley Cooper is most likely going to be The Flash in the BIG-screen film, which should be just around the corner.

Spidey Becomes The New Member Of The New "Fantastic Four"

Last month saw the tragic death of Johnny Storm aka The Human Torch in "Fantastic Four #587". Everyone wondered if Marvel would carry the series on or just finish it there. Marvel have decided to keep the series going, but start again with a fresh new beginning, suits and name.
In March 2011, the world will be introduced to the "FF: Future Foundation". They are no longer the "Fantastic Four", eventhough there are still four of them. The new costume is simlpy white and black, with a new logo, which is three hexagons, which might have been designed as a type of "Fantastic Three" logo and just looked good for the new suits. They will also be joined by New York City Web-Slinger and fellow superhero friend, Spider-Man. He still has the same logo. The Spider, only in black.
The series is starting again with "ISSUE #1", so I guess you could call it a reboot. So not only is the film series getting a reboot, so is the comic-book series. This could actually work.

Kevin Pennington Is Confirmed For "The Avengers"

Kevin Pennington, who was and still kinda is rumored to play The Human Torch in Fox's upcoming possible 2012 reboot of the "Fantastic Four", is now confirmed and has signed onto play S.H.I.E.L.D Agent Wendell Vaughn aka Quasar.
Also, Cobie Smulders is confirmed for the role of S.H.I.E.L.D Agent Maria Hill.

UPDATE: Both cast members have signed onto the "S.H.I.E.L.D" spin-off film and it's sequels and "Avenger" sequels too.

The Four To Become The Three!

In 25 days from now, everyones favourite comic-book family, The Fantastic Four will become The Fantastic Three as Marvel and Stan Lee are planning to kill off one of the family members. It's been kept under wraps to who will be killed, but all I can say is that the issue will hit the shelves in January 26th . The issue will hit shelves in a black bag, so that no one can see the front cover.
The BIG questions are, "What will happen to the family after one of the members is gone?" and "Will they continue on as The Fantastic Three?"
