Chucky's Back For Good!

Yes, America's favorite little demon killer doll is back in action and is going to be as scary as ever! "Curse Of Chucky" will be the 5th sequel to the 80's horror classic "Child's Play". Brad Dourif will return to play the voice of Chucky and he's said that the creators of the new film plan to go back to when Chucky was scary. This new film could be a direct sequel to the 3rd film seeing as the demon doll franchise became a piss-take horror/comedy franchise with the 4th and 5th films, "Bride Of Chucky" and "Seed Of Chucky", both starring Hollywood's acting slut, Jennifer Tilly.
Hollywood is still also planning to make a BIG-screen reboot/remake of the "Child's Play" franchise, which is set for a 2014/15 release. It's unknown if Dourif will play the voice of Chucky then, but for now.........HE IS!!!

Even Jeff Daniels Says "Dumb & Dumber" Sequel Is Dead!

While promoting his new HBO series, "The Newsroom", which by the way looks really good, Jeff Daniels was questioned on the fate of the planned "Dumb & Dumber" sequel. Basically he confirmed that it is deffo dead for good, just like what fellow star, Jim Carrey said last week.
Here's the link to the video of Daniels confirming the sequels fate: http://watch.accesshollywood.com/video/jeff-daniels-disappointed-there-will-be-no-dumb-dumber-2/1699546752001

Webb Might Not Be Back To Direct Spidey Sequel!

The director of "The Amazing Spider-Man", Marc Webb has mentioned that he may or may not be back to direct the 2014 planned sequel to his upcoming Spidey 3D reboot. He said, "Well, it's a long ... People ask about the sequel and I'm like, (Well, you know, I don't know if I want to do that, but I love the process.) I love Andrew and Emma. But it's like asking someone who has just given birth, "Do you want to get pregnant again?"
Surely he'll come back for the sequel and if it's lucky, the third part. He can make this his trilogy, like Christopher Nolan and well ex-Spider-Man director, Sam Raimi. Both directors stayed on for a whole trilogy and have their signature move and direction with their trilogy. I assume Webb will have his too, so why spoil it and leave after one film. Someone new could come on and ruin the second film for all of us. I generally think that directors should stay on and direct sequels of their first film.

The Ice Warriors Possibly Making A Return To The World Of "WHO"

Matt Smith aka The Doctor left fans wondering if the famous Ice Warriors will be making a freezing cold return to "Doctor Who" after what he said at The 11th Hour Convention last weekend. A fan asked if they would be making a return and Smith said, "Yes" and smiled to the audience and then went onto the next question. No one knows if he was just saying that or if it's actually true.
The shows head writer, Steven Moffat has said in the past that past villains and monsters will be getting revived and brought back to the now "WHO" universe, so this could be true about the Ice Warriors. The last time they were on TV was back in the 70's "Doctor Who", so it would be good to see them return.

Series 8 Will Feature Dexters Final Kills!

Next year has been confirmed to be the final year for TV serial killer Dexter Morgan, played by the amazing Michael C Hall. It was confirmed earlier today by the shows producer Sara Colleton, "We wanted to end it this year [after seven years] but the network convinced us that it would be best to do it in two years." She also added, "In some ways, this is a two-season series-ender. We have worked that out and know where it's going to end. Next year will definitely be the last year of Dexter. Absolutely." She then went onto talk about how it will all end for Dexter in Series 8, "We don't know what the final scene is, but we know where [the show is] going," she said. "We know now exactly how it's going to end."
I generally thought the show was coming to an end soon, wether it was to get cancelled or if they would just end it now or even round it off and end it at 10 seasons.

"Doctor Who: Series 7-Episode 1" Get's Official Title!

"Asylum Of The Daleks" is the title of episode 1 of "Doctor Who: Series 7", which will begin airing in Autumn of this year and run straight trough into 2013 for the shows 50th anniversary.
Number one Dalek operator, Nick Pegg confirmed the title for episode 1 via his Twitter, "The title has been officially announced, so at last we can say it aloud: it was an absolute blast shooting Asylum of the Daleks! #DoctorWho."
It's yet unknown what the plot of this episode will be about, but I'm sure we'll all find out soon enough.

"Starship Troopers" Reboot/Remake?!

I literally just found out about this, but apparently not only is Hollywood making a brand-new fully CGI "Starship Troopers 4", which is being released straight-to-DVD and is called, "Starship Troopers: Invasion" and by the way, I've watched the trailer for it and it's fucking terrible looking. It's meant to be made with state of the art CGI tech, but it looks like video-game graphics.................not good for a film. I'm not reporting a thing about it because it's shite looking!
Anyway, Hollywood is also now planning a remake/reboot of the 1997 original. They plan to make this film as close to the books plot as possible. The original film missed out quite a bit from the book, so they plan to basically make a direct adaption of the book.
I'm yes and no with this upcoming remake/reboot. It's good that they're planning a direct adaption, but it's bad that it's another Hollywood reboot/remake and not just a new sequel. Can't they just do what "American Pie: Reunion" did and try and make a new sequel that's good enough for the BIG-screen?!

In this trailer we see literally hundreds of celebrity cameos, including Gary Barlow, Holly Willoughby, Fearne Cotton, Chris Moyles, Jedward and others. It's deffo going to be a "bang-tidy" packed comedy film.

Final Trailer For Nolan's Final "Batman" Film!

The final, final, final trailer for this Summers "The Dark Knight Rises" has been released online courtesy of Nokia. I generally think that Warner and DC should just release the whole bloody film online seeing as we've seen so much footage from the final Batman film. There's a lot more of Batman vs Bane in this final trailer, which is so much "shivers down my spine" feel to it, especially the part when Bane walks towards Batman and just says "Mr Wayne" to him.........fucking shiver and a half.
Here's the link to the trailer on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ASQqjK47c04

First "DREDD" Trailer Hits The Net!

Finally the first official trailer for "DREDD" has hit the net! Fans were given a teaser of this full trailer yesterday. It was only like 10 seconds long, but it was insane looking. So much was going on, well action wise and Karl Urban looked bad-ass as Dredd.
Now after watching this full trailer, I'm actually not that sure if Karl Urban is right for the role of Judge Dredd. He's good, but not great. I really feel as though he's putting on a tough voice to sound tougher than he really is, whereas Sly Stallone, as much as his Dredd film wasn't too great, never had to do that with his voice. He also sounds like he's doing an impression of Batman. Also, his one liners are also sounding pretty bad. I don't know if that's just because of the way the trailer has been cut, but they sound as bad as Stallone's ones from the older film. I just hope they don't have Urban's Dredd say the law speech: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qolk_rDA9xU
The film itself looks good, but now great. The trailer is a bit cheesy. I like cheesy action films, but this seems a bit too cheesy if you know what I mean. I will deffo still go and see it, but I do think the studio need to release another trailer before the official release later this year. On a high note, visually it looks amazing and they have a few "bullet-time" sequences, which are pretty awesome.
Here's the link to the leaked trailer on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AxvXAW3Nfwk

"Dumb & Dumber" Sequel No More!

That's it! It's all over before it even started! The planned "Dumb & Dumber" titled "Dumber & Dumber To" is according to Jim Carrey a "no-brainer". Carrey has left the project saying that the studio behind the upcoming direct sequel to the 1994 comedy classic have "showed a lack of ethusiasm regarding the project".
Filming for the sequel was set to begin later this year, but by the looks of it now, it ain't happening unless the studio try their fucking hardest in getting Carrey back on board.
It's quite sad that the sequel isn't happening anymore, because I was really looking forward to seeing Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels together again as Lloyd and Harry.

"House" Star Possibly Playing Villain in "RoboCop" Reboot!

British actor Hugh Laurie, who is famous in America for playing TV favorite Dr Gregory House in hit show "House" is in negotiations with MGM to play one of the villains in their 2013 reboot of "RoboCop". He will be playing the CEO of OCP, which in the original film was Dick Jones.
It's yet unknown if Laurie has officially signed on the doted line or if the role is still Dick Jones or the same character with a new name. There's also news that the studio hope to still bring in an actor to play a newer version of Clarence Bodicker in the upcoming reboot.

Jason Bourne, Lucius Fox & An Untouchable All Gunslingers?

So it looks like this long-awaited remake of 60's classic "The Magnificent Seven" is actually coming together. Tom Cruise was in talks a few weeks back, but has now officially been cast as Chris, who was originally played by Yul Brynner.
Rumors are saying that Matt Damon, Kevin Costner and Morgan Freeman are in talks to join the remake. Damon is in talks to play Vin, who was originally played by Steve McQueen and Kevin Costner is rumored to be playing Brit, who was originally played by James Colburn in the 60's film. Morgan Freeman is rumored to play the films lead villan, Calvera, who was originally played by Eli Wallach.

UPDATE: Matt Damon has officially signed on to play Vin in the remake.

Behind-The-Scenes Pics From "Doctor Who"

Now when I first saw these pictures I thought, "Why is The Doctor outside the Ponds house?" because I thought Karen Gillan and Arthur Darvill already wrapped with filming a few weeks back.
The other thing is what the hell is in that black box and why are U.N.I.T there too. Either someones in BIG trouble with U.N.I.T or something bad is going to happen to The Doctor and the Ponds.

New Teaser Poster For "Green Arrow" TV Show!

The first teaser poster and full preview trailer for the upcoming "Green Arrow" TV show, which is under the new title of simply "ARROW". The trailer itself is good, but pretty basic. I do expect more from the next one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xaq6S_Hcwn4
