During an in-depth interview that took place earlier this week with Marvel Studios producer Kevin Feige, it was announced that the long-awaited "Doctor Stange" film is still in development and will be ready to appear in Phase 3 of Marvel's Cinematic Universe.
"'Doctor Strange,' which I've been talking about for years, is definitely one of them,"
He continued to talk about how different and amazing the character is in the comic books and what he'd be like on the big screen next to "Ant-Man" and the "Guardians Of The Universe",
"He's a great, original character, and he checks the box off this criteria that I have: he's totally different from anything else we have, just like 'Guardians of the Galaxy.' He's totally different from anything we've done before, as is 'Ant-Man,' which keeps us excited."
Doctor Stephen Strange is expected to appear on the big screen some time in 2016/17. He will then expected to join The Avengers in "Avengers 3" in or around 2018/19.
On the not of "Ant-Man", Feige also confirmed that he will be the first film in Phase 3 in 2015, just after "Avengers" sequel,
"'Ant-Man' is definitely part of Phase Three. Like 'Iron Man 3,' it's certainly set in the Marvel Universe,"
"So much of what we're telling right now is about the core 'Avengers' characters we've now met, and they'll be evolving in big, surprising ways, in Cap's next movie and Thor's next movie and of course in 'Iron Man 3,' as we get them all into the next 'Avengers' film. Beyond that 'Ant-Man' is the only one officially announced."

Cobie Smulders Possibly Appearing In "S.H.I.E.L.D" TV Show!
Now that the live action "S.H.I.E.L.D" TV show has began filming, some MCU S.H.I.E.L.D actors have been asked if they would like to cameo or have a main role in the Joss Whedon produced show. Sam Jackson has commented saying that he would cameo in it if asked, Clark Gregg is already appearing in the show, but no one knows how.
"Avengers Assemble" actress Cobie Smulders, who played sexy S.H.I.E.L.D Agent Maria Hill has said that she would, same as Jackson, be up for a part in the upcoming August 2013 series pilot. She said that if she starred in the show full time that there would be no problems with her other show "How I Met Your Mother",
"The commitments to [How I Met Your Mother] don't affect it. And I can't really say but there are definite talks about it."
Smulders has also spoke about her return to the MCU in next years "Captain America: The Winter Soldier". She says that she doesn't really know much about her role, as it's all under wraps,
"I've seen parts of it, but yeah I don't know much. This is Marvel! They don't let you know anything. It's very watermarked scripts, heavily watermarked. Yeah, they don't let you know like the day of, but they are very secretive and I think they are still figuring stuff out."

JJ Abrams Still Involved With "Star Trek 3" And "MI-5"
With all this news of "Star Trek" director JJ Abrams been given the chance to direct the 7th installment in the holy grail of franchises, "Star Wars", no one has actually stopped to ask if Abrams will continue his involvement in Paramount's "Star Trek" reboot franchise. The answer is YES!!! Paramount vice chairman Rob Moore has confirmed that Abrams will stay as producer on "Star Trek 3". He's also confirmed to still produce the 5th installment of their "Mission Impossible" franchise too.
"J.J. will continue to develop projects for us including a new Mission: Impossible, and he is committed to produce another Star Trek."
This is great news for Trekkies. I really hope he can possibly direct it too if he's got the time. He needs to direct the 3rd "Star Trek" film to at least finish his trilogy and then stay on as producer for further sequels.

Rogue, Iceman & Kitty Pryde All Returning For "Days Of Future Past"
"X-Men: Days Of Future Past" director Bryan Singer has confirmed via his Twitter account that Shawn Ashmore, Ellen Page and Anna Paquin are all returning to their original "X-Men" roles in the upcoming "First Class" sequel. Paquin will return as Rogue, Ashmore as Iceman and Page as the third version of Kitty Pryde. I loved seeing Shawn Ashmore fully become Iceman in Brent Ratner's "X-Men: The Last Stand", but disappointed that it took so long to see this. Hopefully we'll see him in full form again in this film.

JJ Abrams Will Direct "Star Wars-Episode VII"
So "Star Trek" director JJ Abrams is the lucky son of a bitch who's going to be taking the helm of the new "Star Wars" film, possibly the new trilogy. I am literally was jumping and still am after hearing this. THIS IS FUCKING EPIC TO HEAR!!! He said that he wasn't interested in directing the upcoming 2015 sequel, but looks like he was a little liar. According to The Wrap, Steven Spielberg pushed and pushed producer Kathleen Kennedy to sign Abrams on, she listened to the old man and done the right thing.
So Abrams has not only got the rebooted "Star Trek" franchise on his CV, but now a possible "Star Wars" trilogy too.................LUCKY BASTARD!!!
UPDATE: Kathleen Kennedy and Disney have officially confirmed that JJ Abrams WILL indeed be directing "Star Wars-Episode VII" and he seems very pleased about given the chance to do so,
"To be a part of the next chapter of the Star Wars saga, to collaborate withKathleen Kennedy and this remarkable group of people, is an absolute honor. I may be even more grateful to George Lucas now than I was as a kid."
And this is what Kennedy and George Lucas said about Abrams directing it,
Kathleen Kennedy:
"It's very exciting to have J.J. aboard leading the charge as we set off to make a new Star Wars movie. J.J. is the perfect director to helm this. Beyond having such great instincts as a filmmaker, he has an intuitive understanding of this franchise. He understands the essence of the Star Wars experience, and will bring that talent to create an unforgettable motion picture."
George Lucas:
"I've consistently been impressed with J.J. as a filmmaker and storyteller. He's an ideal choice to direct the new Star Wars film and the legacy couldn't be in better hands."

Jimmy Olsen To Become Jenny Olsen In "Man Of Steel" Reboot?
Zach Snyder's new Superman reboot "Man Of Steel" really seems to be changing things up in the Superman universe. First they change the suit and upgrade it. Second they change the music and make a completely new score. Third they change the color of Perry White by casting Laurence Fishburne in the role, which I think is a great idea. And now it seems as though the may be changing the sex of characters. Daily Planet photographer Jimmy Olsen could possibly be a female in this 2013 reboot.
It seems that a few online sites have spotted this image and done their research and it looks as though actress Rebecca Buller has been cast as Jenny Olsen, according to IMDB. After seeing this screen-cap above of Fishburne's Perry White running with Buller, this rumor could make sense. Warner will probably make sense of this rumor soon enough.

All Eleven Doctors Confirmed For "Doctor Who" 50th Anniversary!
After months of speculation as to if all 11 Doctors would be returning for this years BIG 50th special of "Doctor Who", Steven Moffat has finally gave fans an answer. This year all 11 actors who have played the iconic British sci-fi character will be joining forces to help take down a powerful evil in the 50th anniversary special, which is aiming to begin filming later in April and air in November.
9th Doctor, Christopher Eccleston, has mentioned loads of times that he wasn't wanting to come back as The Doctor, but now it seems as though he will be. Moffat has said that all of the living Doctors, Tom Baker, Colin Baker, Sylvester McCoy, Peter Davidson, Christopher Eccleston, Matt Smith, Paul McGann and the great David Tennant, will all come back and the BBC plan to resurrect the dead ones, William Hartnell, Patrick Troughton and John Pertwee via special effects. THIS EPISODE IS GOING TO BE ABSOLUTELY EPIC!!! I just can't wait to see Paul McGann's 8th Doctor return to the small screen. I hope he looks like this, which is his new look for the promo pics for his Doctors audio stories.

The next official appearance of Batman will be in the 2015 live action adaption of the "Justice League", but it's still unknown if that will be the official rebooted Batman or if there will be two versions. The Terminator IS Back For Sure This Time!
It's been confirmed that Arnold Schwarzenegger IS indeed back for the newly announced "TERMINATOR 5" and will be involved in some sort of a way. The guys over at BleedingCool.com confirmed this while attending a press conference for Arnie's new film "The Last Stand". There's no news of if he is playing the classic Terminator or if he's just helping make it, either way HE'S BACK!!! First Conan and now this.......AMAZING!!!
No "HALLOWEEN 3" Coming Anytime Soon!
For years now, fans of Rob Zombie's "HALLOWEEN" films have been sitting waiting to hear if a third film would ever see the light of day under the title of "HALLOWEEN 3D". It's been in development hell for a while and after Dimensions removed the sequels release date off of it's projects list, everyone thought that was it! Now Director Rob Zombie has confirmed that there is indeed no plans at all right now for a new sequel to his films,
"I don’t think they are doing anything with Halloween at the moment,” said Zombie. “That is the last thing that I heard."
He also mentioned that he wouldn't come back to direct if they did decide to make it,
"I’m definitely not directing it if they ever do go ahead with a third movie."
I really wanted to see another film, but I guess this ain't going to happen. I kind of think that Dimensions should actually go along the line of "Texas Chainsaw 3D" and make the next "HALLOWEEN" film a direct sequel to 1980's "HALLOWEEN 2" and make it the REAL third film rather than that witchcraft pishy one.

New Mary Jane Watson Talks About "The Amazing Spider-Man 2"
New MJ Watson Shailene Woodley, has been asked by MTV News at the Sundance Film Festival about her new role in Marc Webb's Spider-Man sequel. Woodley also mentions that she's always been and always will be a Spider-Man fan.
She was also asked on what to expect from her role in the new sequel,
"Spider-Man has always been my favorite super hero dude, since I was a little girl. I think there's something really special about flying. When I watched the previous Spider-Man [with] Andrew Garfield, he made me feel invincible,"
"I think Marc Webb is amazing. I'm so stoked to work with Andrew and Emma [Stone], they're the best of the best."
She was also asked on what to expect from her role in the new sequel,
"Honestly, I don't know too many details about the film yet. But yeah, we'll see."
Wolverine Talks About The Next "First Class" Sequel Being Like The Avengers!
Earlier this week, The Daily Mail newspaper caught up with Wolverine himself Hugh Jackman and they asked him about what fans can expect from the 2014 "First Class" sequel, "X-Men: Days Of Future Past". Here's what he said about what to expect and who could be returning,
"Every other actor who’s ever put on a superhero uniform will be in it,"
"There’s an element of time travel and, naturally, it will be action-packed."
So basically this next "X-Men" film could be like the Avengers of X-Men films really. Literally every person who has put on the black costume will or could very possibly be coming back for "Days Of Future Past". This sounds fucking amazing doesn't it?!
Ricky Gervais Talks About "The Muppets 2"
While promoting his latest series "Derek", extremely funny man Ricky Gervais was asked about his upcoming lead role in the next big screen "Muppets" sequel. Here's what Gervais said about his part in "The Muppets 2",
"I'm in awe of The Muppets. I've loved them for like 35 years. I actually can't wait, I'm really excited. I was there yesterday on set and honestly, I'm like an eight year old at Christmas. I love it!”
“It’s great in that I know the director, he’s fantastic and did the first one. But there’s always room for collaboration. People always listen to your ideas, I listen to people’s ideas. When I’m in charge we finish at three or four in the morning. The Muppet movie might go on until six! It’s going to be hell [laughs]”.

"Terminator 5" Gets New Writers!
So after years of being off and on and off again, struggling sci-fi action sequel "Terminator 5" is back on again and two new writers have be hired to do such that. "Drive Angry 3D" director Patrick Lussier and "Avatar" writer Laeto Kalogridis have been hired by Megan and David Ellison, who are the new owners of the "Terminator" franchise, to bring the fifth installment to life.
The fifth film was close to becoming real when "Fast & Furious" director Justin Lin signed on to direct it back in 2011, but then he left to work on "Fast Six" and "Fast Seven". The Terminator himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger is still very keen to step back into the franchise, but is a bit annoyed about the they it's being treated though. Hopefully this time it will work for sure.

First Look At New "Man Of Steel" Figure!
This looks soooooooo fricken awesome!!! Every Superman fan is going to want this, well I do anyway. It's our first look at the first figure of the new Man Of Steel with Henry Cavill's likeness to it. It's going to cost around $130, which is like £80. I really looks good and real though, so it's worth that bit of cash.

Tommy Lee Jones's Face At The Golden Globes!
I just had to blog about this man. Look at this fucking face. Tommy Lee Jones seriously can't take a joke can he?! Also, this is my first post with a GIF!!! I never knew I could post GIF's on here........ROCK ON!!!
But yeah, supposedly he was a bit pissy because Will Ferrell and Kristen Wiig were taking the piss out of his "Hope Springs" co-star Meryl Streep. Everyone thought it was hilarious......apart from one person. That person was moody Agent K himself, Tommy Lee Jones. Hugh Jackman, Anna Hathaway, Kathleen Kennedy, everyone was laughing at the skit, apart from Jones. His face is just a skit on it's own. Great actor, but laugh a little mate!

The official release date for the new "Machete" sequel, "Machete Kills" has finally been announced people. Machete will be slicing his way back onto the big screen later this year on September 13. That date is the US date only though. There's still no news on when it's coming out over here in the UK yet.
And now for news on the possible first teaser trailer for "Machete 3", which was under the working title of "Machete Kills Again" but is now being called "Machete Kills Again In Space" after it was announced that the third film will take place in outer space. The first teaser trailer for "Machete Kills Again In Space" is said to be attached to this years release of "Machete Kills". It's said to be another one of director Robert Rodriguez's fake trailers which will then become a REAL trailer and film, even though the third film has already been green lighted.

The Green Arrow Returns!
So the Green Arrow returns tonight in the US but begins later over here in the UK. The second part of series one continues on to tell the story of how rich boy Oliver Queen turns his life around and becomes a sign of justice, basically like Batman.
"Arrow" is an absolutely amazing TV show and I think that when DC and Warner begin casting for the 2015 planned Justice League film, they should seriously keep Stephen Amell as the Green Arrow.
The pictures above are from an upcoming episode of the show and the pictures below are giving fans a first look at Seth Gabel as the villainess Vertigo.

Big Arnie Talks About "CONAN 3"
I just realised that this is the first post that I've done after the announcement of Arnold Schwarzenegger coming back and returning to one of his most famous roles ever..............CONAN!!! Yes, big Arnie is returning to play Conan in the planned Summer 2014 sequel, "The Legend Of Conan". That's right, Hollywood would rather see a pensioner play the great Conan than Jason Momoa return in a sequel to his shitty 2011 3D reboot.
The good thing about this sequel is that it's even missing out the events of the second film, "Conan The Destroyer" and it's just going back to being a direct sequel to the very first film "Conan The Barbarian".......well that's what some reports have been saying anyway. So this is kind of going to be "CONAN 2" really.
In an interview with Arnie, he tole us what to expect from this new highly-anticipated sequel and what he's going to be like,
"[Universal] finally came forward and said, 'You're absolutely right. The previous regime has missed the boat here. We want to pick it up. We're going to buy the rights and we're going to be serious about it and make a quality film with an A-director and with A-writers and so on. And we want you to participate in this. We want you to star and you to play Conan. We're going to take a story where Conan is at that age so it's totally believable and you're not looking like a 30-year old action guy.’”
